Anyone can ask "what was the house like?". Asking "and what did it smell like?" at exactly the right second is what separates a questionnaire from an interview. That is the whole product.
Ninguno de los cinco pasos exige saber de tecnología. El difícil es el primero: decidirse.
None of the five steps requires any technical knowledge. The hard one is the first: deciding.

Nombre, dónde nació, a qué se dedicó, sus aficiones, los momentos que marcaron su vida, quién es quién en la familia y, si quiere, unas fotos. Con ese contexto la entrevista deja de ser genérica: pregunta por el taller de su padre, no por «su trabajo».
Por WhatsApp o por correo, a la persona que quiere honrar. Ella elige el día y la hora, en su casa, sin nadie delante y sin prisa.
Abre el enlace y la conversación empieza sola. Si se emociona, la entrevista espera. Si se cansa, para y lo retoma otro día por donde lo dejó.
Días después, esa conversación vuelve convertida en algo que se puede escuchar en el coche, leer en la cama y regalar en Navidad.
You get access to the app. Everything happens in the browser: nothing to install, not on your phone and not on theirs.
Their name, where they were born, what they did for a living, their hobbies, the moments that shaped their life, who's who in the family and, if you like, a few photographs. With that context the interview stops being generic: it asks about your father's workshop, not about "your job".
By WhatsApp or email, to the person you want to honour. They choose the day and the time, at home, with nobody watching and no hurry.
They open the link and the conversation starts on its own. If they get emotional, the interview waits. If they get tired, they stop and pick it up another day where they left off.
Days later, that conversation comes back as something you can listen to in the car, read in bed and give at Christmas.

Porque cada entrevista la revisa una persona de nuestro equipo antes de que la reciba usted. Eso pone un techo a cuántas familias podemos atender al mes, y preferimos decirlo a fingir que no existe.

Is it a gift? We send you a printed card so you have something to hand over: at Christmas, on Father's Day, or at the birthday where you've run out of ideas.

Listen to the interview. If nothing in it stirs you, tell us and we refund you in full. You keep the recording anyway: it belongs to your family, not to us.
Why we open in small groups
Because every interview is reviewed by a person on our team before it reaches you. That puts a ceiling on how many families we can take each month, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
